Fall seminar will be the October 18th and 19th weekend. Seminar will be at the LV dojo.

Hours for both days will be 9 am to Noon, a break for lunch and 1 pm to 4. Testing on Saturday afternoon.
On Sunday, we’ll have an extended stretching session starting at 8:30.
Seminar fees will be $50 for one day, or $80 for both.
Lunch will be provided for $5.
