As part of the weekend’s seminar, the dojo will open at 6:30pm, and class will be 7:00-9:00. Class will focus on advanced techniques – but all levels of students are welcome to attend. As usual, exactly what you practice will be tuned to your level of ability.

Open house Sunday, July 28 at the LV dojo in Allentown from 8:30am to 3pm. FREE yoga (9am) and Aikido (10am-Noon, and 1-3) sessions. This open house is happening as part of our larger Summer Seminar weekend. Please help us spread the word.

As part of our Summer Seminar 2013 weekend, our friends at West End Yoga will be coming over Sunday morning (the 28th of July) to lead a FREE all-levels yoga session from 9am to 10.

This is a great chance to try yoga, and to meet the people from West End Yoga — they’re just a few blocks from the dojo if you’re looking for yoga classes!

…if you’re coming to both Friday and Saturday’s Aikido classes, you will also be very glad to have an hour-long session to work out the kinks before we start back into Aikido.

Summer Seminar 2013 will be at the Allentown dojo. More details will be posted soon. But for now, the Facebook event is up.
